Hver fredag blir det presentert 4 nye tegneseriestriper som er tegnet og fortalt av barn og ungdom i Nedre Eiker kommune. Resultatet er fantastisk og alle sammen har gjort en fantastisk jobb!

Banners on Grieg Hallen, Bergen

Den Nye Opera in Bergen chose me to be their artist for the season 2010 and 2011. Some of the illustrations are shown on big banners on the Music Hall of Bergen. It is always nice to see my work in context, after they have left me drawing board!

And in England the The English Touring Opera wanted to use my illustration for their production based on Roald Dahl´s book "The Fantastic Mr. Fox".
I feel very honored because the have also used the illustrator Gerard Scarfe for sketches etc used for costumes, backgrounds.

Animation - on the road…

Since mid October I have been working mainly on the animation project for the local schools and Kulturskolen. The production and the mood is on top - and the children are producing film like they nevr have done any thing else! Here is the film from the first school we visited!



The exhibtion is now in school no. 3 - here is some pictures from the first school.

Editorial for Adressavisa in Trondheim

This is an old illustration I have done years ago for my aunt and a collauge working for social services in Trondheim, they had written an manual about domestic violence.
The colleage has written a MA about the project and it has even been shown interest in the Norwegian Justice Department in Oslo.
Great work!

"Eikerbarna" - project for schools in Nedre Eiker kommune

The whole project is based around the life in the council, the history of the industry, politcs, religion, the river, the war, music, bandy, football and the people.
The project includes an exhibition, animation workshops and writing and drawing workshops for everyone, the goal is to get everyone drawing and writing – all 3000 of them.
I´m looking forward to it.
The age group is all the school childen in the council from 6 to 16 years old.
